Welcome to RK Cards AU – The Home of Football Cards.
These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through our online store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About RK Cards AU
RK Cards AU – The Home of Football Cards is an Australian online retailer specialising in football trading cards, memorabilia and related collectible products.
2. Products and product descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, numbering, player information and other product details displayed on our website are accurate.
Collectible cards may have natural variations in colour, printing, centring, surface finish, packaging and condition. Photographs may also appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
Where a card is described as numbered, game-worn, match-worn, player-worn, autograph, memorabilia or otherwise limited or special, the description is based on information available to us from the manufacturer, supplier or product itself.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, RK Cards AU does not independently authenticate memorabilia or manufacturer-issued cards beyond reasonable checks of the product and available information.
3. Card condition
We aim to accurately represent the condition of cards and other collectible products.
Unless otherwise stated, cards are sold as collectible items and may have minor manufacturing imperfections.
If a product has a known significant defect, damage or condition issue, we will make reasonable efforts to disclose it in the product description or photographs.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description or listing errors.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.
We may change prices or promotions at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where correction of an obvious error is required.
5. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected at the displayed price and under these Terms.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
6. Shipping and delivery
We will arrange delivery to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by postal services, couriers, weather, customs, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
7. International orders
We may accept orders from customers outside Australia where international shipping is available at checkout.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase can legally be imported into their country.
International customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, GST, VAT, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
These charges are not controlled by RK Cards AU and may be collected by the relevant customs authority, postal service, courier or other provider.
International delivery times are estimates and may be longer due to customs processing.
8. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Our store may offer products that are collectible, limited, numbered or otherwise subject to availability.
Where a return or refund is permitted under our applicable return policy, the requirements of that policy will apply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
If a product is faulty, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee that applies under Australian law, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
For eligible international customers, any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction will not be excluded by these Terms.
9. Change of mind
Except where required by Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, we are not required to provide a refund or exchange simply because a customer has changed their mind.
Any voluntary change-of-mind return policy offered by RK Cards AU will be subject to the specific conditions stated in that policy.
10. Final sale and collectible products
Products identified as final sale may not be eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns.
However, final-sale wording does not remove any rights or remedies that apply under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
